You may have some ego conflicts with others now so be careful not to let your actions be dictated by subconscious energies. Your energy levels may be high at times so watch for irritability or impatience. Frustration can lead to illness if the energy is held inside so make sure you have a healthy way to release excess energy. If used consciously this energy can be positive and allow you to accomplish great work or healing.
This may be a time of challenge or crisis where people's actions make you feel unworthy. Be careful not to get angry and realize this is a point to understand the motivations of others. Also look within at whether your own motivations are true or are they coming from ego. Remember that how other people behave is a reflection of where they are at, and not about you.
Your mind may be very serious at this time and if so it is a good time for teaching others or taking care of business opportunities. You can utilize your serious mind for mental tasks that require more concentration. Try not to isolate yourself as this can make you feel down. It is a good time for business negotiations but be careful not to overlook fine print. Maintain a flexible perspective as energies can lead towards arrogant attitudes this week.
The Mars energy we have been in since July will end Dec 1st. This is the energy that has made many prone to impulsive and rash actions and more conflict. Ego driven attitudes have been very strong and you may have dealt with individuals who want to assert their desire on to you. Remember to keep the energy of compassion, and compromise where you can. If you are finding this time particularly difficult it is a good to think about what parts of your ego need refinement, such as pride or sense of worth.
We are in the final week of Mercury in Scorpio which has highlighted relationship themes that emerged during the Taurus Full Moon on Oct 31. This is a final opportunity to transform the areas of imbalance to a deeper level. Serious thinking and heavy emotions turn more fun loving and free spirited when Mercury leaves Scorpio on Dec 1.
At this time concentrate on being very cautious and careful with your activities. If you are very thorough you will have a greater chance of success. Avoid letting your frustrations control your emotions. Recognize what you are truly capable of without letting mindless fantasies overwhelm you. If others are discouraging you or making you feel negative, remember this is a reflection of their own issues, not you. Projections are rampant so push those thoughts out and focus on you abilities.

The Moon in Gemini is light-hearted, breezy, and curious, but it can also be restless and fickle. Sociability, cheerfulness and quick-wittedness are on the increase, and there is an interest in all kinds of information.
The Moon in Gemini favours study, intellectual pursuits, acquaintances, conferences and gatherings. However, heightened changeability and scattering your interests can prevent you from getting definite, tangible results.
