Quantum Trance by Crystal, also called #QTbyC, is based on Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or #QHHT, by Delores Cannon. Crystal trained in QHHT in 2018. Because of the restrictions in QHHT such as working with Spirits and doing sessions online, Crystal changed it to #QTbyC. This type of hypnosis is not like stage hypnosis. Crystal will take you into the deepest state of trance known as the synombulistic state. This is a natural state your body enters just before sleep, or right as you are waking up. Most people are unaware of this state because without someone guiding you, you will just fall asleep or wake up. The discussion Crystal has with you keeps you in this state where a different aspect of your Consciousness can easily speak.

How does a session work?

In the beginning of a session, you and Crystal will just talk. You will have given her your list of questions you want to ask of your Higher Consciousness. Crystal will send you a list of example questions when you book a session if you need help with this. Crystal will speak with you, go over why you want to go into trance, what is going on in your life, and what areas do you need help in. She will add more questions if anything comes up in discussion.


After you have talked a while and are feeling comfortable, Crystal will start the trance/hypnosis portion. You will need to be in a quiet space, where you can lay down as if you are going to take a nap. You will most likely have no idea how long you are in hypnosis. You may or may not go into a past life regression during the trance. Crystal does not lead you into anything, you will go where you need at the time.


How to prepare for a session:

If you have never done any form of trance work or guided meditations, you need to do some to make sure this is a good fit for you. There are many guided meditations on YouTube you can try out. This is to make sure you are open to being guided into an altered state. As with anything, you must be open to it for it to work.


On the day of the session, do not take any drugs that will alter your state of mind or make you groggy, sleepy, amped up, hyper, or jittery.


Make sure you eat before your session so that you are not hungry, but try not to eat very heavy meal that will leave you sleepy.


Again, make sure you will have a quiet space that you can safely lay down somewhere for the trance portion- such as your bed or a recliner.


Make sure you have secure wi-fi. There are cables you can purchase to hook laptop directly into cable box if you do not have a steady connection.


Because you have no idea what information will come up in trance, do not have anyone in the room with you or listening to you. This can affect your session.
